Introduction

1. The AION Y has dimensions of 4410/1870/1645mm (length/width/height) with a wheelbase of 2750mm. The front track width is 1600mm, and the rear track width is 1600mm. The vehicle can accommodate five people.
2. The AION Y delivers maximum horsepower of 184Ps with a maximum power output of 135kW and maximum torque of 225N.m.
3. The AION Y features a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a maximum battery capacity of 76.8kWh. It achieves a NEDC pure electric range of up to 600km and supports fast charging.

1. Ultra-high Heat-resistant and Stable Battery Cells:
   By applying nanoscale coating for the positive electrode material and doping technology, the battery cells enhance heat stability and prevent thermal runaway. The application of a new type of electrolyte additive achieves self-healing of the SEI film, improving battery cell lifespan and reducing the risk of short circuits.
2. Superb Insulated Battery Safety Compartment:
   The use of mesh-like nano-porous insulation materials and high-temperature-resistant casing creates a highly insulated safety compartment for the cartridge battery. This prevents thermal runaway from spreading to adjacent battery cells. Moreover, the shell of the battery pack can withstand temperatures above 1400°C, effectively protecting the entire battery pack.
3. Rapid Cooling Three-dimensional Speed Cooling System:
   Through the design of fully integrated liquid cooling system, high-speed heat dissipation channels, and high-precision thermal conduction paths, the cartridge battery achieves a 40% increase in heat dissipation area and a 30% improvement in heat dissipation efficiency, effectively preventing heat propagation.
4. Always-on Control Fifth-generation Battery Management System:
   By adopting the latest generation of vehicle-grade battery management system chips, the AION Y can achieve all-weather data collection at a rate of 10 times per second, a 100-fold improvement over previous systems. With a 24-hour full-coverage patrol mode, the system continuously monitors the battery's status. In case of abnormalities, the battery speed cooling system is immediately activated to cool down the battery.
